We went to see the fantastic Dylan Moran in Birmingham on Wed 22nd and stayed over @ the Nitenite Hotel (with the longest corridor I have ever seen)<br \/>\nwe had some drinks in town after the show and then went back and carried on drinking at our hotel. While relaxing with a glass of wine I revealed the main birthday surprise to him of our trip to Amsterdam the next day. He was mega surprised and totally over the moon.<br \/>\nSo Thursday morning we went home, packed our bags and were off to Amsterdam. The last surprises were that our accommodation was a boat in the very center of the city and his sister and her GF were there to greet us! It all went off without a hitch \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nAmsterdam was fantastic! Unfortunately the weather wasn&#8217;t great and it rained quite a bit but we still had a great time walking around and taking in the sight. It&#8217;s a very expensive place to visit, but so lovely and the food was fantastic!
